Wedding Day Services
 Reception Only I will be at the reception site during set-up to ensure every detail is attended to: arrange place/name cards, table numbers, favors, guest book and pen and any other items - to your specifications. I will attend the reception to handle any requests or problems; monitor the gift table and remove cards and give them to the designated person; pack-up gifts, centerpieces, and any remaining items at the conclusion of the reception and load them up for “safe” return to your designated location.
Ceremony and ReceptionEverything from the Reception Only package plus: I will attend the ceremony and see that things go smoothly - flowers, boutonnières and corsages properly distributed; floral arrangements and aisle decorations appropriately placed; watch the time and monitor guest arrival and ushering; ensure the wedding rings have arrived; readings are in place and any other details.
Rehearsal, Ceremony and ReceptionEverything from the above 2 packages plus: I will attend the rehearsal to ensure that every detail is understood and coordinated, the marriage license is presented, (if selected) unity candle, ring bearer’s pillow, programs and other items are stored at the ceremony site for the following day. I will also have contact with the dinner site and bring bridesmaids and ushers gifts, decorations, and any other necessary items to the venue prior to the rehearsal.
